False adverti*****t
Very slow fibre, cannot pick up 5m from the router and they refuse to come and remove the router or check they only say we should buy an extender. The guys that came to install said it picks up 100m. False adverti*****t as it barely is 10mbps but says it will be 25mbps.

Your service provider typically provides their own separate router and we won't be able to provide upgrades on that. If you are only using the Evotel ONT as a router, we can investigate that for any damage, but if it hasn't been damaged, Wi-Fi extenders will be necessary. We will make sure our team reaches out in the morning to investigate this further.
