FALSE ADVERTISING

I live on an Estate where Balwin Estates subcontracted Evotel to install and manage the internet lines. I quickly signed up for convenient and affordable FIBRE as advertised and bragged by Evotel. Only to find out 6 months of bad internet quality resulted in them selling the estate equipment to Vodacom once admitting that we dont not have fibre. We have a fibre connect from our units to the wireless hardware that pulls in our internet connection. On average i have experienced about 50+ line drops a month.

Best part of it all? I spoke to the owner, Steven, and he does not care. I was told to cancel my service because they don't have the integrity to stick by their word and provide the service offered. No problem for Evotel when they have their payments in their pocket.

PATHETIC, and it says a lot about Balwin Estates for hiring a ***** company like Evotel.
