Failing infrastructure and repair time
Imagine waiting a whole week to game online then you remember you have the worst Internet infrastructure company. So slow on repairs so unreliable. Let me also mention this, We pay for a 1gb line and only get 350mbps. If the internet is on. It’s appalling to think that it takes them 2 days to fix something while they get millions from us.
