Recieved the most exellent customer service from Uveshni Evotel Support Team.I recieved a Call regarding my faulty fibre conection from Uveshni.She calmly listened to my frustrations regarding my fibre.I was emmediately assured of how she could assit in getting my problem solved as well as the timeframe required to do so. AMAZINGLY the Technician arived at the premises the following day as per promise.The Technician sorted it out and my fibre conection was restored.Not only did Uveshni attend to my query but she done so in delivering the Best effecient and effective customer service ever recieved. The support is a true reflection of exellence and such Type of service is exeptional and rare to find in the industry. Many other support teams should most deffinetly mirror and adopt such superb customer Exellence as this.Uveshni should be regarded as a great asset to the Evotel Support Team, the entire organisation as well as simi**** Industries out there.
