Exceptional service from Thian

Shout out to Thian in Newcastle, KZN for exceptional customer service and delivery. For the second time another Fibre company ruined evotel infrastructure causingy family's Fibre connection to be down, by the time I went outside to check what was happening Thian was outside raising fire on the people who damaged the cables. He fought for his trenches and cables like they were his children lol He made sure that by the time he left everything was resolved and a plan of action was formulated on how the issue was to be fixed. He promised me I'd be back online in a few hours and came back after hours to bring my connection back up. The first time my connection was down he was actually outside in the dark at 9pm fixing it and ensuring I'd be back online for my meetings in the morning. My experience with Thian has always been lovely from the time he was to install the Fibre. He has communicated well, he's managed expectations, he's kept his word and he's always gone above and beyond to make sure issues were resolved. Thank you Thian and thank you Evotel.
