Excellent service from Evotel once again

I have been with Evotel for about 4 years and I have only good experiences with their customer service whether on call or their social media, they have always been very responsive and quick to try and resolve whatever issues I have.

This week I have had a wonderful experience with certain individuals who really went all out and worked tirelessly around the clock to resolve a very complicated issue that I was experiencing. Not only did they work after hours to resolve it, they were in constant communication with me throughout. One of them even calling me from her private number whilst getting ready for bed to inform me that the issue has finally been resolved. I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the manager, Uveshni and her team, namely Martin, Dean and Dudu for their excellent service and impeccable communication skills and for keeping me updated all the time during those 2 long days.

I really do appreciate everything.
