Excellent Competent Field Agent.

May I first say I had experienced an exceptional customer service from one of your field technician by the name of Brandon whom was competent and took pride at his work. My wifi was of for almost 3weeks, I logged a call and was given a ticket number: 137191/task number: 151048 by you technical support agent Kagiso at your center, who gave me a turn around time of 2to72hours for an field agent to come and see to the fiber fault, of which none of them came through to assist. I then in turn got hold of Brandon whom I was introduced by s friend to, upon my introduction to him, he immediately contacted me and came to check on my fiber problem. Within an hour or 2, I was connected by his excellent services.

May I recommend his manager or supervisor or whomever he reports, should please appraise him for his competency and excellent work. These are the kind of field technicians we really need in our communities. I reside in Lenasia South extension 4, 5072 wi****ersrand street.
