Thank you very much for your response and the kind lady at the help desk helping me today , this young lady made it possible for me to get to know two other outstanding gentlemen, Mr Brandon Carelse and his colleague Mr Spamandla came to my help after 5pm and spent aprox 40min to efficiently troubleshoot the problem, have a solution and fix the problem, while beeing professional and friendly, not minding any obstacles in their way and made me feel at ease and comfortable all the way with their visit to my residence.
