Evotel technicians & *****

What I anticipated was going to be a great experience of finally having a fiber installed @ my home, I had to experience what it's like to have things ****** from you as a result. To most people (headsets) might be a meaningless device but I had to suffer when the evotel technicians (stanford & crew) who were installing my device made way with them. I've exhausted every means possible to resolve this issue but I've been sent from pillar to post. Initially the guy agreed to have them replaced but he started to block my numbers / change his. Escalated my issue to Jacques (his superior) but to this day I'm waiting for the so called HR department to contact me. * so how does one become productive when working from home and you cannot attend to your clients via Zoom??? Or have meetings with your direct manager???

Long story short. Make sure you have cctv footage active whenever the evotel crew are working in your household especially when it's stanford :-(
