My internet fiber line broke last night just behind the router. I logged the fault with Evotel and my ISP(Axxess) the same night. The next morning i received a phone call from Evotel technician that was waiting outside my house. He fixed the line with a great attitude. Well done Evotel. From logging the fault too fixing it .
