Evotel, Promises and Lies.
We have had a break in service since 9 January 2025, to date I have made numerous calls to their call centre to rectify the issue in our area, continue getting promises of manager and team intervention to no avail. Even spoke to their teams on the ground of promising to come to you to rectify and they don't. Poor perthetic work ethic and communication. Unfortunately we do not have an alternative supplier.

To date no one has contacted me to resolve the issue, still promises and lies. I spoke to Simila an agent now. She has also said I will escalate to a manager to call you.
I recommend no one to use Evotel, boycot your services completely.
I have paid for something I cannot use from 9 January 2025.
The worst is it links to all my systems to operate my home. Pathetic Evotel.
Disgusting service.
