Evotel No Answer
We have had a problem with our internet connection after a storm on the 8th December 2023. We have been in contact with Evotel, who keeps saying they will send a technician. When I try to call their helpline, I get put on hold and then the call cuts out. We have been waiting for a technician to come out and fix or replace the cable for a week now, and still nobody has come. We were told a technician will come out TODAY urgently on the 14 December 2023, but still nobody has come. Will we have to sit with this problem for another weekend?? How am I supposed to get hold of Evotel to fix this problem if they don't answer?

We are very sorry to hear you have been struggling. Our Social Media Team did escalate the trouble to our Support and advised them to log a task with the Technicians to come out and investigate the line as the system shows the service is up and running with no faults on it as intended.
Our Support Supervisor is investigating the trouble and escalating again to the Maintenance Team in the area.
