i have An evotel line and my ISP is Net Nine Nine, i have the highest package 850mbps
1. my network do not connect to the EA servers and my kids cannot play with their XBOX online. when i i switch to mobile hotspot everything works. EA advised it is my Sp. i Logged a ticket weeks ago with net nine nine and they said evotel blocked something
2. My Sp Net nine Nine advised Evotel dont support IPV6 and they cant change me From IPV4 TO IPV6
3. My DSTV stream App dont work on my TV OR My cell Phone. i Asked Net Nine Nine they said evotel is the problem, when i switch to mobile hot spot or data on my cell phone , dstv stream works normal.
4. my Dad has the package with Net Nine Nine and the same issues apply . so its not just one house
how can i have internet in my house when half the thing dont work.
IF this can be sorted out i will change my Rating

10 Feb 2026, 14:07Well Your Senior Chief Engineers are not treating this matter urgently, because Im been hearing this for Long now. if this has not been fixed by end of the week. i will cancel and take a another contract somewhere else , a ISP that actually cares about their clients
