Good day I have a problem. Ive chosen mweb as the isp but they dont have any support services . No assistance they activated my account no hardware has been recieved but my account is active. Why did they activate when i never received a router to connect to the ONT box? What is this ? They are doing their own thing wrt to the fibre . When i track my order i cant see when will delivery take place but my service is active how posible is that?

The ONT that was installed is our infrastructure. Think of it like a highway and cars. We have built the highway which is why our line was activated. Fibre uses light waves to transmit data and therefore we need to activate the service first so Mweb can register it on their side. Now that that has happened, they will be able to send the data (the cars) down our highway as they manage that part of your connection.
Mweb only dispatches routers once the line has been activated on our side. We will reach out to Mweb so that they can assist in having your router delivered to you.

I would like to cancel the fibre as mweb doesnt response or havent response yet. Therefore im going to look for another ISP as mweb doenst have client support system .
So please assist to contact mweb becuase i want to cancel this service just becuase of poor client service if my internet goes down i dont know how long it will take for mweb to restore my service as i cannot even get hold of them and they dont respond to my mails and queries that ive logged on the mweb mobile app
