Evotel is bad. Avoid doing business with them
Again my line is down without me receiving any notification of any outage or network issues. Even the after hours number on their website doesn't work. Pethetic service I got from Evotel. If anyone who read my comment nows of a very good and trustworthy service provider operating in the Postmasburg area, can you please give me their contact details?

Our monitoring is being slowed due to a lack of power in the area right now, however, your complaint has been escalated to our Support Department and they will be in touch with you. Our Facebook DMs are also open and we are happy to provide you with information there as well. If the network has been damaged, repairs will be necessary.
