We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and we understand how frustrating and disruptive ongoing connectivity issues can be. This is far from the standard of service we aim to provide.
Your feedback is important and we’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this specific case and work toward a solution. Our support team will be in touch with you soon.

10 Sept 2025, 14:27Hi there Morne.
Unfortunately we are unable to implement repairs due to the municipal work that has damaged our fibre. As the municipality dug up the road, the fibre infrastructure was heavily damaged. If we attempt to implement the repairs, the cabling will break again as the municipality continues their work on site. This will degrade the integrity of the cabling and will cause larger issues in the long term. Once the municipal work is complete we will be able to implement repairs, and if alternative arrangements can be made to get this sorted out sooner, we will. All builds are done according to industry standard specs, which means that other utilities will often lie beneath our own which can cause problems when those utilities need to be worked on.
We understand the frustration this is causing, and we do aim to have these repairs completed as soon as possible, but for the time being, we will keep the community informed of any major changes.
