Evotel delighting All the way.

It always astounds me when consumers are subjected to terrible customer service. And in general, I must say, we - the consumers have come to believe that the barest of minimum service received is good. Which is terribly sad, because we land up paying for that service. In saying that, I must commend Evotel for their EXCEPTIONAL customer service. From beginning to end (which was literally less than 24 hours) Evotel did not fail to delight me. Evotel managed to get right what a different service provider could not do for me in 20 DAYS! I contacted their call centre, and Thokozile answered. I told her my woeful story, she listened sympethecially and assured me that I was in the right hands. She then said that they would have someone call me later in the day to schedule an appointment for the technician - it wasn't even five minutes and her colleague called me, we scheduled the technician for the next day at 9am. The following morning Evotel contacted me twice to give me an update as to where the technician was and apolgized that he may be slightly late due to accident on the road, he wasn't even 10 minutes later than scheduled. After he finished up Evotel called me again to make sure I was happy. I then had to do an online activation which again, took about 15 minutes (all this on the same day the technician came) Thokozile assisted me with the activation, and was prompt and delightful in her interactions. Thokozile from the very first interaction you set my mind at ease, you instilled confidence in me, and every single interaction with Evotel thereafter was easy, prompt and you did what you said you were going to do. Absolutely amazing. I'm actually glad the other company stuffed me around to the extent that I was looking for another service provider - because now I am assured that any issues I may have in the future will be dealt with in competence. Thank you!
