EVOTEL came on board to do installation of fibre at my unit
EVOTEL came on board to do installation of fibre at my unit. I was really unhappy with how it was done. Dudu from EVOTEL sent a follow up message on my complaint upon which Bianca from EVOTEL also responded. Mweb could not get their router connected after a one and a half hour effort telephonically with them, upon which i decided to rather buy a new router- Mweb promised to follow up on this. Before i could do that Thaphelo from EVOTEL contacted me and offered to come himself and sort the issue out without having to buy a new router!! He came with enthusiasm and keenness to sort the connection out. After about half an hour my connections were up and running! EVOTEL HAS DONE MORE THAN EXPECTED AND IF THIS US THE WAY THEY OPERATE WITH SUPPORT AND FOLLOW UP, I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
