Ennerdale Connectivty.

Ennerdale again an issue with connectivity, this is becoming increasingly common and as Customers we have to accept this. I was up at 4 this morning to study, I could not access the Institutions website, this is seriously wrong. How do we continue down this path, I pay for a Service that I may or may be getting form you.
