Disgusting and pathetic

I have never received such poor and pathetic service delivery from a service provider . I have had a run around with it being day 4 that I do not have internet access . Between axxess and evotel I do not know what to believe anymore . Blame is being shifted from one company to the next . Please do not make the mistake having this company handle your internet. It's very frustrating as there is no customer service or service delivery . Just escalation without any resolutions. Even 1 star is too much of a rating
