delay on installation
We have app**** for Fibre more than 2weeks now with MWeb and when enquiring about the installation, they always say that the delay is with Evotel. no one has contacted us nor any indication on when the installation will be done. this is really frustrating as we had already cancelled a contract with another service provider thinking that the installation will take less than two weeks.
