Customer services is terrible
Evotel is the worst I’m not happy with their services. My isp has been down for almost 4 days now and their customer services is the worst.

We are very sorry for the disruption to service and current downtime. There is unfortunately a fibre fault on the line and the Technicians need to come out to fix the physical damage on the fibre, please do note our Technicians are aware of the fault and it is still within the standard SLA. We have escalated this to our Team to advise the Maintenance Team to assist as soon as possible.
