customer service at its best, as a very angry client in vryheid, I was prepered to cancel my line, however but because of God the was an installtion at my neighbors house taking place, started to ask question thankfully someone with right answers and solutions was able to assist me, this making my experience and understanding better, after struggling for 4 months Thapelo was able to sort out the my connection issues and provider issue, also provided me with good advise to help me stay connected, Thank you to him I will not be canceling anymore, please train people from Kzn or vox people to be able to answer us better when we need help Thank you
