Connection Issue Resolved! :)
My connection issue has been resolved!
I must be honest and say that the internet service I am being provided with is AMAZING! and this is what I had expected (hence the reason why I subscribed with Evotel)
I am getting the internet speed I am paying for (without fail) - and the recovery after loadshedding is instantaneous!
Thank you so much to the support team for all the assistance!
