Calm DOWN and KEEP QUIET!!!! :(

We all understand that sales people are vibrant, energetic, enthusiastic etc etc etc! BUT PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE can you employees that walk the streets and knock on doors be more respectful to the peace, quiet and ambiance in a suburb! They scream at the gate, walk up and down in front of the house all the time shouting to draw the attention of the occupants. This upsets all. The dogs in the area go bezerk (and don't stop), people that are resting, such as our neighbor with NMS and babies having a nap is disturbed. Your staff are friendly, well spoken lovely people BUT PLEASE have respect for others whilst doing your job. No favors are won by this tactic.
