Good Evening Evotel / Prudence Molefe

It is again about Prudence Molefe. I had ONT issues that I thought for an overnight they will disappear as load shedding has taken a great toll on us in SA.

Once over 24 hours with the ONT showing a flashing red light, I then realized that I needed help to regain my connection.

The first person I called was none other than Prudence Molefe as she has always came to my rescue in the past.

The time was approximately 16:00 on the 05.07.2023 when I reached out to her. I explained the problem and I noticed I had disturbed her from her work. She never complained and instead, she logged into my profile and checked the fault.

She immediately sent the team to my house for resolution. The Team arrived approximately at 16:59 at my door step.

The team were quick to identify the fault and repaired to restore the connection back to normal by 17:20.

At 17:25, Prudence was already making a telephonic follow up with me to verify if the team arrived. I reported that the team had just left my house and that the matter was 100% resolved.

What a service.... What a pure bliss to be taken care of like this... We appreciate all that Prudence is doing and WE salute her work ethic.

This is something worth of mentioning to the public and I would personally like to say Evotel has the best amongst the best in the Country in Prudence Molefe. She is remarkable and I trust this will be well received and make her an inch taller than what she already is.
