I would like to thank Dean from Evole customer care, I had an issue that required an old ISP to be removed on my line, from opening my ticket using the online portal for such, to the time my issues resolved, he was polite, he knew how to assist and where necessary escalated my issue. This included follow up call and prompt update on ticket via email and Evotel portal.

Dean, I really appreciated the manner you explained the issues and how to resolve them, you demonstrated knowledge on your job but above all the service you provided to me deserves a 5 star.
