Before I the WhatsApp group was created I had a very bad experience with Evotel in such a way that I ready to leave.... Since we got whatssap helpline Dwaine and Stephan are very helpful I'm a happy client now they try to resolve problems asap

We are very sorry to hear that there have been issues in the past, but we're glad the communications channels we put in place are working. Newcastle has had a rough time with all the construction in the area, but we will always do our best to keep information flowing to the community as repairs continue.
