Bad service

The Evotel Rep in my Area is useless. Mel Marx. He created a group where everybody can post about outages, but when a new customer asks a question about how to gain another customer and I try and help he deletes the post with lame excuses. I hope Evotel is not paying him, because he does not deserve any money. Past useless, like the old switchboards. He just relays the problem to someone else.
