bad service

I had to spend 300 on data today while monthly I pay evotel every month we have been down since 11 now it is 3 oclcok they said the update will be at 2 we have not received any update when we go to the website they saying they working on it we will be updated at 5pm really . sometimes this feels like you doing this intentional. every 2weeks
