Awesome service and WiFi restored efficiently

What could have been a really long and stressful Process was made so much easier by Evotels wonderful employee, Lesego Koapeng! My like was not working and Evotel advised they needed to send a technician out. The advised wait time was between 2 hours and 72 hours which I thought was crazy as it’s so hard to manage expectations on those timelines. I am so glad I eventually got hold of Lesego! He showed that he really understood his customers needs and stuck to his promise! Without any arguing or back and forth and no need for escalation, he managed and sorted out the situation! He helped navigate the time for his customer and the technician and they arrived at the promised time and sorted out my WiFi in an about 30mins of arrival! Lesego called me back to update me which kept me calm, he communicated when the tech guys arrived and followed up again when they left to ensure I was happy! Wow super impressed with his work ethic, passion for customer service and lovely nature! Evotel you are lucky to have this champ in your service department and hope you will acknowledge his efforts! Good customer service is rare these days and I can confirm Lesego has helped you retain a client and really showed up for your brand! There may always be the chance of issues but with the right service team, you can make a difference! In addition, the tech guys wet great and it didn’t cost me a cent to get my WiFi restored!
