Absolutely pathetic

I have been struggling with an agent called Yvonne for countless times now, ignoring my messages and refusing to call me. You call Evotel themselves and then they tell you that there is a cancellation pending on your address from the previous tenant and you are going to have to wait for the 31st of the month for that cancellation to go through but if you send a proof of residence that they would get it sorted out asap for you. I sent the proof of residence and yet another day passed, every time you call there are different excuses and the one agent doesn’t know about the previous agents arrangements and no notes are made.

I am losing income as my business is home based and explained this but nothing is being done.

Absolutely Pathetic!!!!! If I could rate 0 I would but even that would be generous!!!!
