Above and beyond support from a Evotel Support office

After a few days of pure frustration, I got helped by Razaan from Evotel support team after constant back and forth calls from my ISP and whatsapp chats that lead no where or ended up having the blame put onto my equipment rather than admiting there is a fault. Ravaan went out of her way to investigate the matter and put me on the right path repair.
