Frustrating Template Production

<p>I briefed Everlytic to produce 11 mailer templates approximately 1 month ago. </p> <p> </p> <p>Since then I keep getting links to approve digital proofs - with not all the amends briefed being done. So I am having to spend 3 hours reviewing proofs for which the amends are constantly re-briefed. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have called Everlytic twice to request talking to the supervisor of the department. I have managed to establish her name is Jodine. The receptionist gatekeeper won't put me through to Jodine. The receptionist gate keeper also won't provide me with Jodine's email address.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is most frustrating. Each time I painstakingly re-brief amends, which aren't done, and I have to spend 3 hours reviewing the mailers each time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Jodine, could you perhaps call me? Apologies that this was the only way I could get a response from Everlytic. </p> <p> </p> <p>I briefed the mailers approximately 1 month ago.</p> <p> </p>
