Promises made,expectation not met
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Events by Nasrin for my event on 12 July 2026. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what was promised, and I would not recommend using this company. One of the biggest issues was the ramp and stage setup. I was repeatedly told not to worry and to "leave it to her" because everything would be taken care of. Trusting those assurances, I expected a professional setup. Instead, the final result was poorly executed, lacked attention to detail, and did not meet the standard that had been discussed. What upset me the most was the lack of professionalism throughout the process. I re**** on the promises that everything would be handled properly, but I was left feeling stressed and let down on a day that was supposed to be special. Instead of enjoying my event, I had to deal with disappointment over something I had trusted the planner to manage. The overall experience fell well below my expectations, and I genuinely feel that it negatively affected my day. When you hire someone to manage an important part of your event, you expect reliability, professionalism, and quality. Sadly, that was not my experience. Based on what I experienced, I cannot recommend Events by Nasrin. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve the quality of their work and communication so that other clients do not have a similar experience.

Perfectly planned 21st Birthday celebration
Big thank you to Events by Nasrin for pulling off such an amazing 21st for me. From the beginning everything was organised properly and communication was always clear, which made the whole process easy. When I saw the setup on the day I was honestly so impressed. Everything looked neat, stylish and exactly the way I pictured it. You can tell they really care about their work and pay attention to every little detail. The best part was how relaxed I felt. I didn’t have to run around or worry about anything, I could just enjoy myself and spend time with my people. The night went smoothly and the overall vibe was just perfect. I would definitely recommend Events by Nasrin if you want a function done right. Thank you again for making my 21st such a special one.

I used Events by Nasrin for my wedding and honestly I couldn’t have asked for better. From the start, everything just felt easy and stress-free. Nasrin was always available, super helpful, and really understood exactly what I wanted without me having to over explain. On the day of the wedding, everything came together perfectly. The setup was beautiful and you could see the effort that went into every little detail. Nothing felt rushed or out of place, and it honestly made the whole day even more special. What stood out the most for me was how smooth everything ran. I didn’t have to worry about anything, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. I’d definitely recommend Events by Nasrin to anyone planning a wedding or event. Really appreciate everything that was done for us.

Paid for Quality, Received Something Completely Different
My experience with Events by Nasrin was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. Based on what I personally experienced, I would not recommend their services. The items and setup delivered for my event did not align with what was quoted, discussed, and paid for. There was a clear difference in quality, presentation, and overall execution. I have detailed photographic evidence to support this. What was even more concerning was how my concerns were handled. When I raised the issues, the response from the owner was dismissive and unprofessional, rather than solution-oriented. This made an already disappointing situation significantly worse. From my experience, there was a lack of transparency and consistency between what was promised and what was delivered. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to ensure that all specifications, item quality, and expectations are clearly documented and confirmed in writing before making any payment.
