Paid for Quality, Received Something Completely Different

My experience with Events by Nasrin was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. Based on what I personally experienced, I would not recommend their services.

The items and setup delivered for my event did not align with what was quoted, discussed, and paid for. There was a clear difference in quality, presentation, and overall execution. I have detailed photographic evidence to support this.

What was even more concerning was how my concerns were handled. When I raised the issues, the response from the owner was dismissive and unprofessional, rather than solution-oriented. This made an already disappointing situation significantly worse.

From my experience, there was a lack of transparency and consistency between what was promised and what was delivered.

I strongly advise anyone considering this company to ensure that all specifications, item quality, and expectations are clearly documented and confirmed in writing before making any payment.
