Empowered Outsource on behalf of MTN

Was sold a package not agreed on. Never received a copy of my contract and cannot get hold of them to sort it out. Have also been dealing directly with MTN to try and sort it out, but the staff have not been very helpful. Contract still not sorted out - going in to month 2.
