Shocking spamming - Awful company
Shocking. I specifically asked them not to call me. After 4 simultaneous calls interrupting me I was told they were not calling about my contract renewal - just to tell me there was a change in my contract price. I said thank you for notifying me and ended the call. I then received a new contract!! I was not told how long this was for nor was there any confirmation that I was talking to an agent and the call would be recorded etc etc. I have tried to reverse this with MTN and they say they cannot do this as it was outsourced. I want my contract to remain on a month to month until I can sort my life so I did not want to cancel with MTN (which I now will do asap). I believe I have the 10 days cooling off period but cannot reach EOS as the number given to me by MTN does not exist. DO NOT TRUST this organisation

Mtn contract problem
I have a contract with mtn and it was due for upgrade. I got a call from empowered outsource and upgrade was not successful. Problem with outsource I can't cancel the order which was unsuccessful and cannot find them anywhere.

SPAMMER & ****MER!!! (Under MTN)
This company spam calls on behalf of MTN, and then when their ****py telephone line cuts out I get asked rudely why I’m ‘not greeting’ or responding before their sales pitch has even begun. Only to read reviews now where it sounds like they actually ***** and ****. Will be reviewing MTN (as they are responsible for who they outsource) as well since it seems they don’t respond under this company’s platform.

Misrepresented MTN Data Package and Failure to Resolve
I want to rate yall -100. On 11 August you downgraded my 50gb package to 15GB and no one is willing to correct this. Your service is pathetic and your agents are *********.

Signed up for unwanted contract
I was called by an Empowered Outsource agent who identified themself as an MTN employee. I downgraded my contract yet my contract was renewed on a higher package. This is blatant *****. MTN refuse to help.
