Empowered Outsource: ****MED ME.

I was given the wrong contract on behalf of MTN by this Empowered Outsource company, now I am paying for something that we didn't agree on. The worst thing again is we cannot get hold of this ****ing company. The router that I was given is also giving me issues, now how are we supposed to solve these issues because when we call MTN they transfer me to this company and that also doesn't work because it does not go through. Is MTN not holding these companies accountable for their **** ups. THIS IS NOT ON AT ALL. I am frustated the whole thing, who can assist me who this issue, because MTN says they cannot?
