Deceptive Advertising & Pathetic R100 "Resolution
I purchased a wig based on their online photos, but the item I received looks absolutely nothing like the product advertised. The quality is incredibly poor, and the curl pattern is completely wrong. When I logged a complaint, I was subjected to an exhausting week of back-and-forth emails. Instead of offering a standard refund or sending the correct product, their final "solution" was to offer me a insulting R100.00 compensation and tell me to "go fix the wig" myself. How does a reputable business expect a customer to fix a fundamentally defective, low-quality product? This is entirely unacceptable and a complete ****. I am demanding either a full refund or the exact item I actually paid for. Avoid this business at all costs unless you want to waste your money!

Absolutely a waste of money!
They now go by Emma Wig, absolutely terrible hair. The hair is thin, it sheds, and it's not the length you order. I have a review on their site and they removed my review. They don't even reach out after they see that your experience is terrible. The combo wig I bought was absolutely the worst I've ever bought. Would highly never recommend this business to anyone. If I could upload pics here I would.

Absolutely a waste of money!
They now go by Emma Wig, absolutely terrible hair. The hair is thin, it sheds, and it's not the length you order. I have a review on their site and they removed my review. They don't even reach out after they see that your experience is terrible. The combo wig I bought was absolutely the worst I've ever bought. Would highly never recommend this business to anyone. Very very poor
I am extremely disappointed and angry with the service I have received from Emma Hair. The hair I received is not what was advertised or shown in your posts. The quality is unacceptable, and I feel misled by the pictures and information used to promote your products. Customers trust you to deliver what you advertise, and my experience has been completely disappointing. To make matters worse, I had to pay for the return delivery. I was assured that the courier costs would be refunded to me, but up to now, I have received no refund, and nobody is responding to my messages. **What makes this situation even more upsetting is that I had to use money I had set aside for bus fare to return the hair.** I trusted your word that I would be reimbursed, and now I am left out of pocket while you ignore my attempts to contact you. This is unacceptable business practice. Why advertise hair that does not match what customers actually receive? Why promise a refund if you have no intention of honouring that promise? I expect Emma Hair to take responsibility for this situation and refund my return courier costs as promised. Please respond to my complaint and provide a clear timeframe for payment. I am a very unhappy customer, and the way this matter has been handled has seriously damaged my trust in your business. **I will not accept being ignored after spending my hard-earned money on a product that did not meet the advertised standard.** I expect this matter to be resolved urgently.

I bought a wig from Emma hair factory end of August 2026 and it was delivered to me on the first of September 2026 i wore it on the 5th of September it was pretty and I looked pretty i wont lie then the following week when i womas about to wair ot again i combed it with a hot comb it looked like it shrinked so i guessed myb the comb burned it also the colour was fading so i cant wear it anywhere again i then messaged them telling them about my problem i came across with they told me they're gonna discuss with their manager then after that they came back and told me they can only refind me with a R100 and i asked what was i supposed to do with a R100 on a wig that i bought with R1062 i am sorry but am gonna have to deny your offer then i wrote a review with you a few days later they messaged me and offered R200 i told them i cant accept the R200 its gonna be a loss for and that is not fair after that they have been quiet i have never heard from them i really need your help Thank you

Bad quality of the hair
I had bought a wig with this company online which i found via facebook and the reviews were promising. I bought the wig and it was delivered on the 1st of September 2026 and wore on the 5th of September 2026 when it looked really beautiful only for one day. It was a grey wig but the colour faded and also when I combed it with a hot home the closure for the hair looked burnt that i cant wear the wig ever again. I bought the wig for R1100 but when i complained they only offered to pay me back a R100. I asked what i am supposed to do with a R100 coz it wont replace my wig what i want is that you have my wig picked up and replace it with an original one now they have blocked me on their facebook and also on whatsapp they never really reply they always act like they wanna help and are sorry for my loss but nothing. Please kindly help me so i can get justice. Thank you
