Zero Resolution for ******* Vodacom Debit Orders
<p>I have had the worst experience with Elite Mobile and can now understand the sheer hatred the public has for telemarketing companies and mobile networks.</p> <p> </p> <p>FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS I've been struggling to stop ******* debit orders from my account from Vodacom for a device which Elite Mobile never ever sold me. Elite Mobile promised on several occassions that they have asked Vodacom to cancel the line and credit me back the money which they have stolem from my bank account, but nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Below such a promise via email:</p> <p> </p> <p>"Please be advised that we have escalated for a credit and cancellation to the network. Reference number EC-0CLF-2UDQW6.</p> <p>The process does take up to 30 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Elite mobile"</p> <p> </p> <p>And yet another:</p> <p> </p> <p>"Line has already been cancelled as per: 1- ********** 159955<br /> <br />Credit processed: CN Workflow ID ********** 48<br /> <br />Kind regards<br />Elite mobile"</p> <p> </p> <p>And yet today when I called Voadcom they had it on record that my "account" has been handed over to Legal - for money which they have ****** from me...</p> <p> </p> <p>How outrageous can these people get???</p> <p> </p> <p>I will sue both Elite Mobile and Vodacom should my credit rating be affected in any way by this complete ridiculous and utterly ******** actions.</p> <p> </p> <p>Michelle</p> <p> </p> <p>To my ou</p>

As per Vodacom the contract has been cancelled and a credit will be processed within 7-10 working days.
