Wrong Upgrades

The Elite mobile upgrade department phone me in September to upgrade 3 of my vodacom lines. I told the lady (on their recordings) I want to cancelled 2 of the lines. She did not cancelled the lines but upgrade it. I did not received any phones. and nou nobody can assist mewith the wrongly upgrades.. The other line the lady told me if I cannot decide which phone she will only do a package upgrade and later on when I decide which phone I can call back and then she will do an upgrade with a phone. Every thing was recorded on there side as they said. Why cant they listen to the recordings. Last Friday the 6th of November Mr Luyanda Zulu told me I must give him 48 hours to listen to the recordings and up till nou nobody phone me back. Yesterday( 11/11/2020) I phone them again and a male person told met they will do the reversal and Mr Zulu said he will phone me back in the afternoon. Up till now no response and I already phone them 15 time today without any help. M Agenbag
