wrong phone delivered or **** to!!!!

I had a call from Dillon which lasted over an hour to upgrade 2/3 of my contracts, he advised me that I would get an S6 edge, today at Vodaworld they told me I have an S6. I went to do a sim swap and this was processed without payment and now I cannot make calls or receive calls on my S5 with its own sim. I left the incorrect phone at vodaworld, together with the new nano sim and my old S5 still has its micro sim in it. Now I have no way of receiving calls at all on my main number which is used mainly for business nor can I make calls. And no one is available to help. They got the sale and now I will see them in court for false marketing and sales.
