Worst service I have come across in my life!!!

Morning.<br> <br> You guys phoned me last year October/November for the service. I accepted and wasn't happy with the package and cancelled it month later.<br> <br> WHY ARE YOU STILL DEBITING MY ACCOUNT????? <br> <br> Every month there goes a debit order through for R39. I don't get the airtime but i still pay for the service? <br> <br> Besides that, I have stopped the debit orders from going through on my account but the you just change the reference number and it went off of my account double some months, causing the debit order to bounce and every time that happens it costs me an additional R138.
