Worst service ever with elite mobile

The worst experience with a service provider. I got a call from their call centre agent and he offered me a notebook deal which I accepted. After taking my banking details for a debit order and a sure promise that it would take between 5-7 working days for delivery, I still havent received any delivery or a phone call from them. They are very unprofessional and if I could, I would give then 0 stars as even 1 star is too many to rate them.
