Worst Service Ever!!!

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with, I will never again work with them. They're unprofessional-ism, negligence and ignorance whatsoever does not impress me at all! I have upgraded and since 2 weeks have passed, where I have been confirming the delivery address every day, some times twice on one day, and still no delivery. After confirming the delivery address once again this morning they still neglected to give the address through to RAM Couriers. I am so fed up with bad customer service. This will definitely be cancelled.
