Worst Customer service ever!!

An agent called me offering a cellphone + data package for R125pm. Upon delivery I found that it was not what the agent promised me in terms of the speculations of the phone & immediately called them to cancel the order. This was around the 6th October. I was told the collection company will be in contact with me soon. To date, the phone was not collected & is still sealed but these people have been debiting my account. All attempts to reverse the debits has failed. I was told that they will credit my account for everything they've debited thus far after they collect the phone. How can it possibly take almost 5 months to collect the phone??? They delivered within 2 days & suddenly the courier company is too busy to collect?? They are pathetic!!!
