Worst call center agent

I am very angry. Every single day I am contacted by an Elite agent and I’ve asked them numerous times to remove me from their data base as I am not interested in any of their products. Today (25 October 2019, 10:28am) I received another call and before the agent to go further I explained to her that I have asked not to be contacted numerous times as I am not interested in any of their products. And she had the decency to swear at me calling me a *****, I will not be insulted for not being interested in a product. Please teach your staff members manners
