Worse mobile company ever. Do not agree to any debit orders or contract with them.

Elite mobile called me for a new contract, after agreeing to this contract they said the debit order will only start as soon as I get my new phone and and activate it. I've been waiting for this phone for 2 weeks now and still waiting. I called them several times and mailed them as well but no response. They debited my account without the phone. So I'm paying for a contract that I don't have.............stopped the debit order and reversed my funds. Will never agree to any contract with them ever again.
