Worse company to open an account with

Have never experienced such a poor and ********** service like this in my life.. I have app**** for a phone with them and was told I will receive my phone within 7 days. As I am writing now I still have not received my phone and they are busy debiting my account every month. I emailed them since you can’t get hold of them to ask where is my phone since they are debiting my account, I was told that my application was declined and they are debiting me for value added services for tech detect , service connect ,Elite hotspotter 5GIG, screen protection R3000, viva life cover R5000 which I was declined for. An amount of R10500 has been loaded as a monthly debit order. This is ********** company that is steeling from the poor and disadvantaged people out there and from my point of view they don’t deserve to be servicing anyone. You can not be charged something that you have never received. They take long to respond to emails so that they can continue to steel from us knowing that we got no way to go to for help.
